You can make the payment of the life insurance premium through phone and Max Life Branches
1. Through The Company’s Branches
Max Life has over 239 branches in India. You can visit any of the branch offices of the company and pay the policy premium. Payment at the branch office can be made through cheque, cash, and credit cards. You can call on the company’s helpline number 1860 120 5577 to find the nearest branch office.
2. Through Axis Bank or Lakshmi Vilas Bank’s Branch or ATM
Max Life also has a tie-up with Axis Bank and Lakshmi Vilas Bank. You can pay the premium at any of these bank branches or ATMs.
3. Through EBIX Cash Counters
Max Life is tied-up with EBIX to offer you a facility to pay your policy premiums. You can deposit premium at any EBIX cash counter.
4. Through Common Service Centres (CSCs)
Max Life has partnered with CSC and allows you to pay premiums at any CSC’s branches.
5. Through Your Bank’s Branch
You can pay the premium from your bank. This can be made via RTGS or NEFT and you will need to fill-up and submit an NEFT/RTGS form at your bank’s branch.

You can visit Max Life Insurance’s website and pay the premium for your policy. Follow these steps:
- Choose the ‘Pay Online’ option
- Enter your policy number or your registered mobile number
- Enter the date of birth of the insured
- Click on ‘Submit’ to go to the payment gateway
- Pay the premium through an EMI on card, credit card, debit card, digital mobile wallets, net banking facility, and UPI.
2. Through Recognized E-wallets
You can also pay the premium using Paytm, PhonePe, GPay, and Airtel Money. Mention your policy number and date of birth for making the payment. Use the available wallet balance or through credit or debit cards, UPI, or net banking facility to make the payment.
3. Through Net Banking Facility
Using your net banking facility, you can pay the premium for policy. Via NEFT or RTGS facility in your bank account you can make the payment.
4. Through InstaPay Service
Visit the website of your bank to find out whether the InstaPay service is available or not. If available, you can pay the premium through the bank’s website using the InstaPay facility.
Auto Debit Feature
By choosing the auto-debit feature you do not have to keep in mind the payment date as the premium would be automatically debited. This can be done through:

- NABH (National Automated Clearing House) Facility
- Direct Debit Facility
- EBPP (Electronic Bill Payment Process)
